Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. By scheduling, you are accepting our policy. *Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee. 

*We require a credit card number to hold all new client appointments. 

Product Return Policy

Due to Covid-19 regulations and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges of open products. If your product is unopened, we will exchange it for another (with receipt) within 2 weeks of purchase.

New Clients

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out intake paperwork.
